3. Appointment Booking and Cancellations

• Cancellations: Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to a portion of the service cost.

All grooming products sold at Claddagh Cuttings are intended for personal use. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is found to be faulty. Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
